Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service operated by the Service Administrator ("Administrator"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (About This Service)

This Service is operated free of charge by an individual. The Administrator does not guarantee continuous availability and may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. Registration requires agreement to these Terms through the designated process.
  2. The Administrator may refuse or revoke registration if the applicant:

- has previously violated these Terms, - has submitted false information, - has engaged in conduct contrary to public order and morals, or - is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Administrator.

Article 3 (Account Management)

  1. Users are responsible for managing their own account credentials.
  2. Lending, transferring, or selling accounts to third parties is prohibited.
  3. The Administrator bears no responsibility for damages resulting from unauthorized use of accounts.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Defamation or harassment of other users or third parties
  3. Infringement of intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, portrait rights, etc.)
  4. Invasion of others' privacy
  5. Unauthorized access, cracking, or any interference with the Service
  6. Commercial use of the Service without prior approval by the Administrator
  7. Spam, malware distribution, phishing, or other harmful content
  8. Content constituting discrimination or harassment
  9. Content harmful to minors
  10. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Administrator

Article 5 (Content Rights)

  1. Intellectual property rights in content (text, images, etc.) posted by users remain with the user.
  2. Users grant the Administrator a worldwide, royalty-free license to use posted content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
  3. Users warrant that their content does not infringe any third-party rights. Users shall resolve any third-party disputes at their own expense and responsibility.

Article 6 (Suspension and Withdrawal)

  1. The Administrator may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms.
  2. Users may withdraw at any time. Data cannot be restored after withdrawal.

Article 7 (Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination)

  1. The Administrator may modify the Service without prior notice.
  2. The Administrator may temporarily or permanently suspend the Service in the following circumstances:

- System maintenance or failure response - Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, network failures, etc.) - Any other circumstances deemed necessary by the Administrator

  1. The Service may be terminated at any time. The Administrator will provide advance notice where possible, but this may not always be feasible.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. This Service is provided "as-is." The Administrator makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, availability, or security of the Service.
  2. As this Service is provided free of charge, the Administrator shall not be liable for any damages suffered by users or third parties, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Administrator.
  3. The Administrator shall not be liable for damages arising from:

- Service outages, interruptions, or termination - Loss or corruption of data - Information leaks due to unauthorized access - Changes or termination of third-party services - Disputes between users or between users and third parties

  1. In the event the Administrator is found liable, the maximum compensation shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service (zero yen for free-tier users).

Article 9 (Personal Information)

Personal information is handled in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The Administrator may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator's location.

Article 12 (Severability)

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
